If you’re organising a hen party don’t forget to include at least one party game that the whole group can play. If you’re stuck for party game ideas for your hen night then read this list of our top 5 favourite party games for hen nights.

  1. The Scavenger Hunt Game
A very popular game at hen night parties. At the beginning of the night each guest should write down on a piece of paper a task they would like the Bride to complete. See how many she can manage before the end of the night.
  2. The T-Shirt Name Game
This game requires a plain white t-shirt for the bride-to-be. Using a marker take turns to write down men’s names, front and back. During the course of the night the bride must get people to search for their name and cross it off. You can award prizes for each successful name found or perhaps forfeits for each name not found by the end of the night!
  3. The Who Did What Game
A revealing game and chance for the Bride to have some revenge for all the embarrassment so far. Each person at the hen party should write down a funny experience they’ve had with dating. Give all the pieces of paper to the Bride so she can read them out and then try to guess whose experience is whose.
  4. The Mr and Mrs Game
Prepare a list of 20 questions and get the groom to answer them. Questions can be as simple or as random as you like. Some example questions are, “His favourite colour”, “His most treasured possession”, “His biggest childhood hero”. Ask each of the guests how many questions they think she’ll get right and see who came closest by the end of the night.
  5. The Story Time Game
This is a game you may have played when you were young. You only need a pen and paper. Have the hen party each take a turn to write a part of a story, one sentence will do. Then after each turn fold the paper over so that the next player cannot see what has already been written. The last player in the game can then unfold the paper and read the story out aloud. Give each player a tip about what to write about to give the story some structure.
