Scavenger hunts are probably the number one most popular game played on a hen night. They involve setting a list of tasks for the soon to be bride and/or members of the hen party to complete. Tasks can be things they must do or items they must find during the night out.
These could be anything from getting a stranger to give you their underwear to getting as many people as possible to sign their shirt. Each of the challenges must be completed or else they must face the consequences. Rewards or forfeits can be handed out for each successful completion or failure of a task.
You can play the game simply with a pen and paper or you can use a t-shirt with the tasks listed on the front or back. There are pre-made shirts available or you can create your own.
To create your own first decide on your tasks. Be realistic, there’s only so much time in a night, so pick say ten items or one item per party member, provided there isn’t a hundred people coming of course. Create a check list with a box so each item can be ticked off, watch out for cheating!
If you’ve done any great dares or forfeits at a party or hen night, feel free to share them in the comments below!
