Hen Party T Shirts
Hen night t shirts are a hugely popular hen party idea and can be seen worn by groups of excited hens all over the UK in popular hen party locations such as Liverpool, Manchester and London.
If you’ve been put in charge of organising the hen party, t-shirts can be a really great way to personalise your hen night party and give your group an identity.
Create individual names for each party member and tie the whole thing together with a catchy tshirt slogan. These can be as tasteful or as naughty as you can think of.
If you’re designing the t-shirts for your hen party don’t forget that you can use both sides, put a slogan on the front and your name on the back. You could also use pictures of the bride, groom or the hens.
Besides showing everyone you’re part of a group and giving you all something to giggle about you can also use your t shirts for games too, like a hen party scavenger hunt. Finally they’ll provide everyone with an inexpensive memento of the hen night, something to remind you all of the fun you had, even if some have a little trouble remembering the following day
Good luck with all your hen night t shirts, gifts and ideas!

Hen party dares don’t have to be all about drinking. If you’re downing three shots in a row every time as a forfeit the night could end up being pretty short. Dares should be safe to do but they should still push the player out of their comfort zone and hopefully be pretty funny to watch too
Come up with a list of ideas before you head out, that way you don’t have to stop to think about it later, it’ll be well worth the time I promise. Think about what people in the group will be comfortable doing but try not to make it too boring for those who’re a little more adventurous.
Select the dares at random not by committee, this takes time and people are more likely to refuse, picking them out of a hat keeps it fair.
Keep it safe! Don’t attempt anything that could cause injury to the player or others around them.
Keep it simple! The last thing you want is to do is try explaining a dare to your slightly-worse-for-wear group of friends later on in the evening.
Some typical dares for a hen night include:
- Get five guys to give you their numbers
- Get someone to order a Blowjob for you at the bar
- Dance really badly next to someone for a whole song
- Remove an item of underwear without going to the bathroom
- Order a round of drinks in a foreign accent (without laughing)

Hen night t-shirts are a classic for many hen parties. You can have loads of fun coming up with ideas if you’ve been given the task of organising the clothing but with so many options out there for buying or making your own hen party t-shirts you may very well be asking yourself “Where do I start?”
T-Shirts or Vest Tops?
Whether you want to have your t-shirts printed or go to the trouble of making your own you should probably start by deciding what type of top you want your hen party to wear. Obviously you can choose from any item of everyday clothing but the two most popular choices are t-shirts or vest tops.
These are the choices you will usually be given when you go to a printer or order online, but if you’re making your own there are other options. Ordinary shirts could work well for a formal or gangster style theme. Sports tops for a 90’s spice girl theme or perhaps a plain halter neck dress for a more classy ’sex and the city’ look.
Many places also offer fitted t-shirts too.
Don’t forget to consider your guests before you order and find out peoples sizes.
Colour
Are you going to all wear the same colour? Bright coloured t-shirts will help you stand out from the crowd. Plain one colour t-shirts will be cheaper but maybe a two colour shirt would fit better with your hen party theme, remember, chances are you’re only going to wear them once.
Think about the theme of your hen night that you’ve chosen, what would be most suitable.
Designing your own t-shirts
Some online printers offer you the ability to create your own design online for example this fantastic app makes the process simple, either by using their editor or by uploading your own image which can be great if you or a friend is handy with Photoshop or some other image editing software.
Make your own hen t-shirts
Making your own hen night t-shirts can be a little time consuming but loads of fun, especially if you plan to do it as a group. Fabric paints are readily available at arts and craft shops and iron-on printer paper can be bought from any good stationary shop. You can paint on your designs or create a stencil. For best results with a stencil use a roller and remember to put a piece of cardboard or something else to separate the front and back of your t-shirt.
Hen Party Slogans
If you want to put a slogan on your t-shirt why not check out our top twenty list of t-shirt slogan ideas.
How Rude?
If you’re going to go with some of the slightly more crude ideas for slogans or funny hen party names it’s worth remembering the some premises may object, so it might be worth ringing round before the night out to find out where you should and shouldn’t go, or better yet book a private venue in advance!
Pictures
Why not include a picture in your design? Perhaps a picture of the groom or both the bride and groom you could always put something funny underneath too. If you’re a ‘wizz’ on Photoshop you could easily put together a nice picture of all the party guests, that way you’ll have no trouble remembering who was there the day after
If you have any ideas of your own you wish to share go ahead and add them in the comments below.
Have a brilliant night!

Scavenger hunts are probably the number one most popular game played on a hen night. They involve setting a list of tasks for the soon to be bride and/or members of the hen party to complete. Tasks can be things they must do or items they must find during the night out.
These could be anything from getting a stranger to give you their underwear to getting as many people as possible to sign their shirt. Each of the challenges must be completed or else they must face the consequences. Rewards or forfeits can be handed out for each successful completion or failure of a task.
You can play the game simply with a pen and paper or you can use a t-shirt with the tasks listed on the front or back. There are pre-made shirts available or you can create your own.
To create your own first decide on your tasks. Be realistic, there’s only so much time in a night, so pick say ten items or one item per party member, provided there isn’t a hundred people coming of course. Create a check list with a box so each item can be ticked off, watch out for cheating!
If you’ve done any great dares or forfeits at a party or hen night, feel free to share them in the comments below!
